Renew Philippines passport and changing surname to married name

What are the step by step process for renewing Philippine passport and changing my surname to married name? I live in Fairfield, married for almost 2 years, my Philippines passport will be expiring the next 8 months and we plan to travel the next 5 months out of the country, since the visa requirements is always 6months before valid passport will expired I am a little bit short. Does any one have any suggestion or experience of the same topic please help. thank you

This will help

you need to follow instructions to renew here in the US including they will need copy of your marriage license to prove your new name
