My fiance started the file from USCIS in October and NVC sent our case to the US embassy in Accra-Ghana on January 8. We sent emails , calls and sent letters but we are always told to wait by the lady that picks our calls and We still haven't gotten our packet of instructions .what should we do please advice.

It is best to start your own topic. You are asking a different question about a different embassy that has nothing to do with the original topic of this post. That is considered thread hijacking.

You will get more and better responses starting ur own topic.

whats next after the USCIS approved your case? and how long will it takes?

Again the guides are very helpful. You can also go to ur country portal to obtain information about packet 3 and other embassy specifics
