Thanks guys for all the reply. Another question for the co sponsor, am I the one who will need that co sponsor or will it be my fiance in the philippines that I will be petitioning? He actually has his aunt here in the US willing to sponsor.

No your fiance in the Phils will need the sponsor, your co-sponsor will complete the I-134 listing the beneficiary, then include support evidence. You will do the same with the I-134, even if you don't have income.

Hi everyone!

I wanted to know if any of you here filed their K1 application within the state of California?

If yes, would you be able to share how was your journey in regards to being approved or how is the process withing the State of California.

I'd appreciate all who will respond to my query. Thanks and God bless!

You don't file the I-129F within California, you mail it to the LOCKBOX in Texas.

I found out I'm pregnant 4 days ago and do you thnk this can speed up the process that my fiance can come here faster. Well I have 3 kids already from the past relationship I had and me living with 3 kids then also expecting a new one will be quite hard since I don't also have job here in the US yet. I recently bought a condo though since I planned to have my kids live here with me for good then file the K1 but didn't expect I will get pregnant this soon though. Sigh.

No expedite for pregnant.

As for the evidence of support, YOU would have to list all the children on your I-134. (your co-sponsor will only list your fiance)

It's still is difficult to use a cosponsor in the PHL. For best success use a close relative like parents or siblings. It's been a long time that the Embassy has asked for the I134 so it might not be an issue. Follow the instructions in the Embassy Letter for required documents for your interview. You should be prepared if they ask.

More information can be found at my website. Link is below at the red twisting arrow. Embassy Letter is there and lots more details for processing through PHL.
