very strange. I am sorry you are going through all of this. Its amazing how they can just make up their minds just like that even before the interview. That is crazy. They never even gave my hubby a 221g when he left. They didn't give him anything. Then kept the file from Oct to March. They seem to be able to do as they like with nobody to object, since they don't listen to us. Keep you head up, you will get through all of this.

Recieved my noir in the mail today.its for non bonafied marriage as we suspected by the questions asked at interview, when asked if i went to college my husband said he didnt know. He knew but think he was nervous, also our skype records had no dates, and his answers at interview were short. And his english was not that good. Co said his brother and friend translated for us lol.his brother doesnt speak english! And his friend did traslate the first few months after i tought him everything he knows and he took an english class.i cant go back and retrieve skype msgs cuz after 6 months they are automatically deleted, and also stated it showed very little communication between us. I have screen shots of how many text he sent me more than 2.800,in 2 months alone. this was pretty much the only thing listed. I have 30 days to do a rebuttal .we also changed our fb after marriage at first we shared fb then i opened one for him so we can talk in msger, i need ideas of what else i can send for bona fied marriage, i have befor marriage and after photos of both my trips. Plane tickets.passport name changes, ss and drivers lisence, My bank account. I cant add him cuz he has no ssn.my house is in my fathers name along with ins. I never thought we would have to prove our love Because its natural for us, i feel insulted

Letters in English from his friends or neighbors or family members. Emails sent between you two and copies of any cards and love letters. Letters from your friends and family. Phone bills. Copies of Western Union receipts showing you sent him money. A letter showing him as beneficiary of any life insurance policy. Pictures of you with him as well as with his family members. Also a letter from you to USCIS giving a timeline of your relationship. How you met, fell in love and got married. Mention you guys plan to live in the USA and what he wants to do here such as go to school or work. The letters from his people can be translated into English and then they just need to sign them. He can also write a time line letter and he can discuss how much he loves you and why.

I made an info pass today I was told our papers were in a adjudicating room? On the 8th with is today, I was told to allow the 45 days to expire before required before coming back, by the time I got home I had a text from uscis for a case status update, it was a duplicate NOIR, like the first one, I called uscis the officer said not to worry it looked like they were about to make a desicion follow any instructions, but if they wanted the same evidence to contact uscis emediatly, has anyone received two NOIR? They received our last evidence june17/2016 five months waiting to be reaffirmed, now another.
