'Also the goats didn't seem to like me very much, sometimes I thought they were really going to try and attack me. And they have particularly dangerous horns.

'But I later realised that they were just letting me know there was a hierarchy, and I should know my place.'

If he was only out there for 3 days how did he roam the mountains? How did he survive the cold? Did the goats not know he was human when he passed gas, took a poop or urinated?

He wanted to roam for longer, but the goatherd got jealous when the female goat started following the fake goat around!

Fancy way to find a wife. Still don't know how he survived that weather. Did he drink the water outside?

Did they elope?

Haven't been to the Alps. Just thought the animals bathe and pee in the water, yes?

Just a little bit. ;)

But nothing is cleaner than drinking from the source if you get high enough and find it. I have done that, delicious!

The one other thing I reckon I found is that goats are better people. They live much more in the moment than we do, and show us that we really do need to learn to be a bit more relaxed about life.'

Now he has written a book about his time on the mountain: 'GoatMan: How I Took a Holiday from Being Human'.

'She would muzzle me with her nose and like to have me close. The goatherd told me at the end that the herd had accepted me as one of their number - it was a great feeling.'

i'm sure spooky can give us better insight about that.....
