Questions filling out I-751 form

Hello all - My wife (CR-1 Petitioner) and I (US citizen) are preparing our packet together and have some questions on form I-751. I apologize if these have been asked before so bare with us.

1. If my wife doesn’t have a USCIS ELIS account number, do we put N/A or None?

2. For questions that don’t apply, do we put N/A or None?

3. part 4, do we list our child, who was born in the US?

4. In part 7, do we select 1a. or 1b. if we are filing it together? Me (US citizen) and her the petitioner, even though she is not fluent in English, so technically I did translate for her?

5. In part 11, do we leave it entirely plan (or put N/A) if we don’t provide additional information?

2) depends... if the question truly doesnt apply then N/A or none for none that do apply

3) yes, absolutely

Im not looking at the form so I cant answer the other two questions right now sorry

The instructions for the form tell you exactly what to write when a question if not applicable to you. You can find it at uscis.gov/forms. Good luck!

3. Answer all questions fully and accurately. If a question does not apply to you (for example, if you have never been
married and the question asks “Provide the name of your current spouse”), type or print “N/A,” unless otherwise
directed. If your answer to a question which requires a numeric response is zero or none (for example, “How many
children do you have” or “How many times have you departed the United States”), type or print “None,” unless
otherwise directed.

4.) That question is just for the petitioner(person fling to remove conditions), so applying jointly does not matter. It will ask the same question of the USC spouse. You can check 1b and sign in Part 9, but it will probably work just checking 1a too. No need to fill in the part about being the preparer.

5.) Leave it blank if you have nothing extra to add there.
