Multiple inquires about i-751 Outside normal processing time ....(merged threads)

Yes if your ultimate goal is Citizenship, you can file as soon as you are eligible. And Yes looking at your dates, you are fine.

Your Form I-751 was received by the Vermont Service Center (VSC) on June 20, 2017, and we are currently processing I-751 petitions that were received on January 11, 2017.  For case status and processing times please visit our web site at www.uscis.gov 

pretty standard replay

meaning my case is still in vermont and not local office
