It depends on your immigrants medical history children tend to be more expensive because they dont have all their vaccines.

Anywhere from 300-500 dollars. They do the whole work up.

Dont go with 268 on the dot take extra money you know DR and they find ways to add more to it better be safe than sorry i know many people whom have gone and they where in that age bracket and paid anywere from 400 to 500 so take extra.

Not with the medical.. normally its 300 dollars but it can be less. But its no more than 300$
