My mom is us resident green card holder since 5 years ago.

Now she does not want to live here in US no more because she want to go back to her country.

But at the same time she wants to be able to re-enter to the US without any situation.

She is not sure if surrender her green is her best option to be able to live in her country

and come here when she wants.

she knows that 6 month is the maximum time permitted for us Immigration for her to be out the US
.

Does any of you has had this time of situation??

What do you recommend?

There is any way she can go to the US embassy and talk about this and have a 10years visitor visa??

She already know her rights will change as a visitor and there is no problem.

Please share your experience!!!

Thank you very mucho!!!! :wow:

hi

exactly, she is so close to citizenship, once she is a US Citizen, she can come and go as she pleases

tell her to wait a little longer, she has gone this far, she can wait some more

que se haga ciudadana americana, podra vivir en su pais todo lo que quiera y poder venir cuanto tiempo quiera sin restricciones
