You should have mowed your neighbours lawns / shovelled the driveways to earn money like this guy.

Or start a gofundme page

See my post right above yours.

There was no thing as "gofundme", you either worked for the money or went broke.

I had a paper route from 10yrs old til 14, also mowed lawns and shoveled driveways for extra money. Then I got other jobs that paid more money. Minimum wage was around $3hr back then.

Horny and ambitious.....hmmm. Starting at 10! Incredible.

i thought millennials didn't even date the way us old folks would remember dating, they mostly date in groups and probably go fund me as a group too.

Because social media has destroyed the need/want for interpersonal communication. Folks now have lost the ability to have a conversation IRL and would rather "spit game" over the internet where they can edit themselves and come off smoother than they actually are. Email pimping...

I had to google "spit game", never heard of it.

Someone asked on Yahoo how to spit game a girl I thought the reply in the quote below was appropriate.

1.) Stop saying, "spit game".

2.) Do you have a J O B?

3.) Introduce your name to her, yes the one on your birth certificate.

4.) Be respectful, kind, and learn some educated words to say because I don’t think anyone would want a man to spit game to her. Good luck.

That's why I put it in quotations. And the response is quite funny and appropriate.

It was what we would say back when we were teens.

Well ....last time I was in a bar in NY, this drop dead gorgeous Spanish millenial started chatting me up. I played along for a bit, but then he said he didn't have much cash on him and suggested I get us a room at a hotel! Laughed in his face and moved on. Rooms ain't cheap in Manhattan.

at least he made it easy for you and showed his posterior right off the tip. silly millennials.

Before I bought my first car a few of my dates had the pleasure of being chauffeured around in my old man's 74 Dodge Dart.

You're lucky. My first mode of transportation was the city bus line. I'd be like I'll pick you up at exactly 7:02pm(give or take how many transfers it took to get to her street).
