my file is safe and sound at the embassy in morocco! they emailed me and said he will receive his instructions and interview date shortly..... from what i hear from others...within a few days! and i'm going to morocco in a few days so it seems likely he'll get the package while i'm there! yay~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's great! I guess I should try to email the Kingston embassy. Did you get the email address from the embassy information up top? There are two email addresses for Kingston, I don't know which one to use, so I'll just use both. :thumbs:

February, 12: I-129f arrives VSC :) Journey really starts!

February, 13: NOA1 Reciept date

February, 16: VSC Cashes the check

March, 09: NOA2 Email. yay!

March, 11: Touched... Probably for the last time at VSC :)

March, 14: NVC Recieved package

March, 15: NVC Sent package to London

March, 20: Package recieved in London

March, 28: Packet 3 recieved!

April, 2: Packet 3 Sent back to London

April, 10: Packet 3 recieved by London Embassy

April, 17: Packet 4 recieved

May, 1: Medical

May, 29: Interview! - APPROVED

June, 1: Visa in Hand

July 18: Fly back together POE

July, 24: Legally married!

i put in my new case number from NVC and asked if they received it and if they had sent out the package to my fiance including his interview.

i got the email address from another person on this site. maybe ask someone else who's gone through jamaica to get the correct addy?

and i got a new email tonight from the embassy saying they sent out his package to him already! i'm going to be there friday so i'm betting it will be there before me! yay!

2007-12-18...mailed another copy of RFE, delivery confirmation.. just in case they did'nt get first one

2007-12-29...email stating transfer to CSC woohoo

2008-01-02...AOS touched

2008-01-09...AOS touched..stating transfer and pending at CSC.

That's great, things are moving really fast for you. I emailed the embassy today with the NVC case number, so hopefully I'll hear from them soon.

Things are going verrrrrrrrrryyyyyyy fast. (Not complaining *L*) Craig got Packet 3 just yesterday..he said it looks "daunting" but I think he's going to get on things this week....here we go :jest:

Feb. 13, 2007 NOA1 Sent advising check was rec'd.

Mar. 1, 2007 Email stating NOA2 was hard copy sent to me.

Mar. 7, 2007 Hard Copy NOA2 arrived safely to me!

Mar. 8, 2007 *Touched* by London Consulate

Mar. 19, 2007 Craig Rec'd Packet 3

April 13 - April 22nd joining my guy in the UK for a much needed week of R&R!

April 27, 2007 Medical was successful.

May 16, 2007 Police Certificates finally arrive safely.

May 17, 2007 Checklist mailed to Consolute in London!!

May 30, 2007 Packet 4 Rec'd.

June 21, 2007 INTERVIEW DATE

June 23, 2007 VISA IN HAND!

July 21, 2007 Arrived in USA! Together at last.

Aug. 7, 2007 MARRIED!!

Aug. 21, 2007 Mailed off AOS & EAD Application (along with a whopping 1010.00!!)

Aug. 22, 2007 Application is signed for at the Chicago Lockbox.

they ARE moving so fast..and it freaks me out because my fiance STILL doesn't have his passport. some paperwork he needs, had to take a bus to another city to get, yada yada. i just hope he can get it in time for his interview! :o

:((( I wanna cry.As much as i'm very happy for all of you, I feel so sad. I had my NOA1 on Feb 13th and still nothing...not even a touch since Feb. 22nd...how much longer..this is killing me..i dont wanna immagine those that apply to other centers or the ones waiting for their approval since last summer :(

I mean dont get me wrong...I'm not jealous in a evil way

Good vibes and karma to jlvr. :yes: Hang in there kinzaza, ours sat there for a long time and we watch a lot of people go by us and we got pretty discouraged but it will happen. We were even relieved to see the RFE cause it meant they were working on it.
