Questions about Form G-325A

Hello Everyone!!!

Trying to mail out my package Friday and boy, isn't it so hard to collect all these docs

I have 2 questions that need help and I will appreciate it very much

1- In G325A I filled out the pdf form on my laptop and when I printed it to sign and it had that arrow and Don't forget to sign!

should I sign next to it? The USCIS site states "The fillable version of Form G-325A now includes “Don’t forget to sign!” messages and an arrow pointing to the signature box as reminders for when you print the completed form for mailing" So does that mean it's ok to have that on the form???

2- The last line on the G325A where it states Applicant print your name and Alien Registration Number, what does it mean to me as a NATURALIZED US citizen? Am I still supposed to know my A#? Or should I just type in N/A. Also, my non-US citizen husband, should he also put N/A?

Many thanks in advance!!!

The "sign here" notification should vanish when you print it. I did read one post about someone having problems with that. Use Acrobat Reader for your software.

If you're a naturalized US citizen, you should put your A#. Your husband should put N/A since he doesn't have one.

Thx!

When I said naturalized us citizen, I literally mean I have not had my green card since it was taken from me after the naturalization process 15 years ago.

I only have my pasport and naturalization certificate.

Do citizens still need to use their former A#? I don't have it, nor supposed to know it by heart

Sounds like a very strange thing

If you know it, put it down. If not, dont worry.

The do not forget to sign showing up someone else had an issue and there was a fix i posted in that thread.

Sometime Alien number is printed on the naturalization certificate. Even if it's not there or you couldn't find it, you being a USC don't have to worry about that. You can put N/A. Your husband will put N/A if he was never issued an alien number.

Regarding Don't Forget to Sign Part, if you couldn't get rid of that, just sign next to it, i did the same.

Dont put N/A.. the question is applicable and is better left blank than with an N/A.

None is appropriate for someone who has never had an A#
