Hi everybody!

I'm on a J1 visa expiring this June 1st.

Yesterday I got married to my fiance.

We started filling all the papers following the guide Step-by-Step provided by this website, but we are having some difficulties.

I'm not subject to the 2 year home residence requirement.

We filled 130, 485, two G325a (me and her), 864 and 765.

Are we missing something? Can someone explain me in which package I need to put the check in?

Do I need to do two separate package? if so, do I send both at the same time? Do I need to fill the I-693?

Thanks to everybody willing to help me!

You need to put all those forms in the same envelope and send them to the place where concurrent I-130/I-485 applications go. You can find the address in the instructions for each form. You can also find the instructions for I-693 in the form instructions. It seems like you haven't read those, and it is a must! :) Good luck.

Hi! Thank you for your response.

I have two questions! How do I find my file number? The one I'm supposed to put after the little A?

And second thing. How does the I-693 work?

I don't understand if I'm supposed to fill my information, and go to the doctor to get his part filled out, then put everything in the package?

Thank you again!

Hi. Looks like we were in the same situation and same country :)

You don't have to put an Alien number because you don't have one. It will be on the first NOA.
