I've started prepping the I129f and g-325a forms for my fiancé and as I am asking her information to fill out the forms she is giving me mailing address that have no building numbers. One is her place of work which is a big historical site so I can see them maybe not having a street address but the other is her personal address. It's just a compound name, street and city. She says its all the address they have ever used.

Now i'm not as experienced with the Philippines as some so is this normal? and more importantly is it acceptable for the visa application forms? this is in Cebu city, I could see more out in the province but i'd think that Cebu city would have address numbers

Don't stress on your fiancee's addresses, it is not uncommon in the Philippines.

Later - when it is time to process the actual visa in Manila, I suggest for visa delivery you choose to pick it up at a local 2GO office ;)
