Does Homeland send any info that the package was received for the Change of Status? Been a month, and stupidly I did not keep the tracking number to make sure it arrived and my check has not been cashed.

If yes, to this question, should I call? Just refile?

Thanks,

Kevin

If you mailed it and have the receipt, tracking number should be on there

Please keep all things from now on / ALL THINGS / recepts are included

if you on't have a receipt and payed the post office / UPS by debit or credit card, they can look up and give you tracking number and information

why refil? you already sent a check

remember immigration never gives money back

Usually, if they received your package, they would send a text to your phone (and an email to your email address) to confirm and give you the case number. In this case, it may be lost, you should call them (USCIS) to verify, cause if your package is lost, your money will not be charged (you can check your bank account too to see if the fee was charged or not).

Wish you the best luck!

Did you include the G-1145? If not, you will need to wait for the hard copy of your receipt notice in the mail.

Ahh, I did not include that form...arrghhh...

I found the USPS code and it notes deleiverd 05/06/2016.

I would think to have the hard copy by now, but not sure what kind of time frame to expect. Cherry is calling them for review.

Thanks all!
