No you asked about being denied. They were stating your chances are slim of being denied. Work on your relationship evidences as stated before....emails, chat logs, phone logs.

We're are worried about the amount of proof, we don't get to visit each other a lot due to work commitments.

It wont deny based on visits.

I only visited once and my USCIS Case was approved and on interview stage.

She is from India. I went there once got married and we went on small trips in India. ( I was there for 30 days). She took lot of pics! Plus wedding pics and such made it over lot of pics I will just copy pest my cover letter with all document for you here.

We threw in some random pieces of evidence: a police report from a minor vehicle accident we had where the police officer wrote that my husband was in the car with his wife and gave my name, some medical records from my hospital stays last year where the doctor had written "I spoke to her husband, Mr F. H., this morning and explained what we are going to do" and also where my husband was listed as the next of kin. Also my workplace pension where my husband is listed as the sole beneficiary should I die before I retire.
