Bank statements/evididence question

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping to make it as part of the may filers. Tomorrow I will be working on assambleing our packet and had some quick questions.

Since I knew we would need bank statements down the line I've been collecting original ones for the past 2 years, can I send the originals? I don't need them and can always reprint online.

Also some of my credit card statements come in different paper size. I'm thinking I'll reprint those, but is there any rule as to the paper size our packet/copies should be?

And lastly I help my mother by paying her Pseg bills. This will show in my bank statement. Should I explain this in my cover letter?

you can get your bank statements anytime from online if you go paperless , i think. actually if you go to the bank tell them why you need them, they will print the statements for you( they did for me) . i don't remember about the paper size, i think you can always copy them into the same size paper? i doubt they will check every transaction in your statements as long as your joint bank account is active during the course of your marriage.

You can send the originals however you should ALWAYS keep a copy of your entire packet so this shouldn't be an issue. I don't need them and can always reprint online.

On paper size....We sent NVC statements on mixed paper size. It was excepted and processed...

On paper size- I'd send all regular sized paper. If nothing else it will make it easier to assemble everything for you.

I agree on keeping a copy of everything. Once my packet was all together and ready I scanned every single page and have it saved as a PDF on multiple electronic devices.
