This morning we got our I-601 Waiver approved because of a Crime of Moral Turpitude denial at the interview process. YAY to that finally.

However since my interview was over 1 year ago so we are expecting that some of the information will need to be updated. (ie. Medical Exam) But until the mail arrives with exact instructions arrives we are a bit in the dark as to what will be the next step.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation where their initial interview was denied but their requested instructions post interview took over 1 year? If so what did you have to do afterwards?

The medical will definitely need to be updated, it is only valid 6 months. They will likely want a new police clearance too, and updated I-134 and tax docs.
