I just got off the phone with CSC...I did call the 1800 number, and I dont remember what key I pressed, but I think it was 2, and my call was transfered to CSC and I spoke with a AO. She was very kind and I explained my situation about not getting a hard copy NOA-2 , or an E Mail, or an update to my online status. She said at the time of my approval, there was some computer glitches, and a key stroke did not register, but she would promptly see to it a hard copy goes out tomorrow, and my online case status changes. She said I could forget the E Mail, but at least this is more progress than the last 5 phone calls I have made.

This morning I checked my case online status, and indeed it has now been updated, ( it no longer says February 26th ) stating we are approved, and that they will send out the hard copy. I guess my phone call yesterday paid off, and the AO was not telling me a whopper.

My last date touched was updated, but not the case status... Hmmm. Lets hope she actually does call me back if it didnt go through! Congrats on finally being "approved" nagi
