Probably a lot of people have been approved who just don't know it because the USCIS site isn't showing it.

You can add me to the list of those who are approved. Our file was touched on May 10 and 11, but the site wasn't updated, and I found out today by calling the NVC that our I-129F was approved on May 10, arrived at the NVC on May 23, and was sent to the consulate today.

I wish the same happiness ASAP for everyone else who is waiting. Waiting is hard, but the petitions do eventually get approved.

No kidding, my status never changed or anything. Sure enough, soon as I called, I got the email confirming my approval.

And congratulations!! It's been a momentous week for approvals. Let us pray that CSC keeps up the pace!

 Congratulations Vanee!!!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

We broke up and 8 months later i met my new gf cyril june 28 05 and been together since. If you have any guess why its taken long please let us know thank you 4 your time

Do you mind if I ask you how your last gf failed her medical? Maybe thats a personal question, but I'm just wondering if we should be worried for our medical.

Oh, and one more thing, at this point, you might try calling the NVC. You might have already been approved and just haven't heard anything from USCIS. This has been happening to a lot of people lately. It's worth a try. Good luck!!! If you do, make sure you get through to a live person (versus a dead one???) and not the automated system. They will be able to tell you if they have received your petition.

Hi, this is the first time I have posted anything on VJ. I filed in March, but I have a question for those who have received packet 3 or 4. Do they send the packets out through email or do they send paper copies through regular mail? The reason I ask is that my fiancées ex still has access to her mailbox and it would not be good if he intercepted the package from the embassy. By the way she is in Minsk, Belarus and the embassy is in Warsaw.

Thanks,

Jim

Usualy its mailed out. It might be a little tricky to switch address now, but is there another mailbox she can use or rent?

I always send letters and packages to her mother's address. I used her actual address on the forms because I thought it was necessary for it to be her address. I think when the paperwork reaches the embassy I will call them and ask if they can send the packet to her mother's addtess.

Thanks again.
