I knew nothing. I called and got through after many attempts. I said I do not know IF Im approved, but I belong to a web forum for immigration and some have not been notified of their approval, so they have been calling NVC and told their petitions are with NVC. She was kind and asked me my beneficiary's name, DOB, and our case #. Them she told me MY phone number and said yes, looks like you were approved May 11th, and we just got your petiton today. ( the 21st ). So you can try that to find out anything, but you have to be persistant in getting through.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I just called CSC and got through to a very nice woman who said I was APPROVED May 22!!!! :dance:

The woman said they hadn't sent the notice yet but she'd make a note to get it in the mail ASAP. She said they'd be sending it to the NVC in the next couple of weeks. I'm so excited! :D

Wow, you got more out of them than I did. when I called USCIlameS they told me they could not tell me if I am approved or not, like it was some secret law or code....disgusting.

But you are approved and that is good news all by itself!

I just got the email now! OMG! Thank God and thank ALL of you! I had to call Marlon and he is super stoked too!!!!!!

Any Feb filers have packet 3 yet? We're hoping for next week! I can't wait for the feb interview thread :whistle: And come one everyone still waiting for the NOA2, catch up! ;)

We have packet 3 from the local immigration specialist in Korea...as soon as we get notice that the embassy receives it, we are sending in our request for appt...she goes Monday to Seoul to complete the Medical and get her police certificate...it is moving along really, really fast...I just hope the embassy receives it next week...

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

No I did not submit anything, they kept it there a couple days and sent it forward. They said they enter it and send it off. Nothing to do there except wait.

I was thinking the same thing last week...then I had to work late almost all week, finally when I called and they said they sent it out, I was so relieved. Now I am just gathering up our bits of evidence...and starting to drill her on the information for the interview...God it is moving fast now, hopefully it will continue to move fast so that we can be with our SO soon... :):thumbs::)

WOW, that's great news! CONGRATULATIONS...I was also touched on both those days, but didn't get any e-mail, maybe that means that I am approved, too? After getting such a mean lady yesterday, I am not sure if I will get a nice one this time...

Ok, so after writing my last post I just called to CSC, and I think I got the same nice lady since she said that we also got approved on May 22...wow, how cool is that! Now I can move over to the NVC thread :) Good luck to everyone still waiting...I still can't believe that it's true!!!!!!
