Congratulations everyone! We got touched the past 2 days but haven't been touched today. I hope they already sent out NOA2 and just didn't update the website ;)

Website just updated for me....so I hope it will for you! We just got approved...WOOT!!!

Oooh, congrats!!!

I got touched again today, but no approval yet. Hopefully it's coming. It would be the perfect birthday present!

I hope you get approved soon....i'm rooting for you!!

USCIS havent updated our status yet to approved.... they've still got it as pending....

does anyone know how long it takes for NVC to answer an email query?

I emailed NVC on Monday and they emailed me back around lunchtime today (wednesday)....not too bad really. They said they've sent mine to the embassy but i still haven't received an email from uscis about my approval, they are sooooo slow.

VISA JOURNEY

2/13/2007-Sent I-129F

2/26/2007- NOA1

3/3/2007- Received NOA1 hard copy

5/7/2007- APPROVED!!!

5/17/2007- called uscis...APPROVED MAY 7th!

5/21/2007- NVC received packet

5/23/2007- NVC forwards package to US Embassy in London

6/19/2007- London received packet 3

6/25/2007- Received paper NOA2

6/27/2007- Received packet 4

7/16/2007- Medical at 2:10pm

9/4/2007- Interview London 9:30am...APPROVED!!!

11/11/2007- Wedding date

AOS

12/3/2007- Sent I-485

12/8/2007- Delivered and signed for

12/12/2007- NOA's for all 3 (hard copies received on 12/17)

12/26/2007- Transferred to California

1/3/2008- Biometrics notice in mail

i think i emailed them on tuesday.... monday night even.... have no reply today as yet......... but we'll see...

Haha, I was going to say call, but then I remembered you can't! DOH! Hope you hear soon! I still haven't gotten the paper approval either... Why are they so slow??? I'm actually kinda looking forward to calling after 30 days and having the "actually I have been approved 30 days ago and need to paper copy" convo with their customer service. Just tell me it takes 6 months for approval, I dare them! I need to get a life :)

As everyone gone over to the NVC thread already? I am hoping that today is the day, after two touches in a row, I hope they will update my case online, or send me an e-mail so I KNOW when I am approved, instead of having to call via skype to USCIS, and try the RFE thing...

Hi everyone! I am also a February filer and until now I havent got the NOA2 and it seems most have the same problem. I would like to know what do you mean by touched? I take it thats the term after the USCIS review the case filed? CSC is very slow I wondered how long does it take to recive the NOA2.

I am a 2/13 NOA1'er and very adamant to recieve the NOA2 anytime this month.

10/23/06: I met the woman who captured my senses and aimed to make her fall inlove with me. It wasnt easy to handle a brat...hehehehe but I persist and I succeeded!

12/15/06: Booked a flight to Philippines....My journey begins.

1/23/07: I visited Donna in Philippines for 11 days

2/03/07: Went home to Kennewick Washington

2/08/07: I-129F sent to NSC

2/13/07: I-129F recieved at NSC

2/19/07: NOA1 recieved from CSC

2/20/07: I-129F processed by CSC

5/26/07: Got a letter from National Visa Center of approved I-129F petition filed/color]

True and usually your case date in your USCIS site account changes. Have you got touches/updates yet ?

Cause they are in Australia and its very difficult for them with the time and the cost. At least if I remember correctly :) Correct me if I'm wrong!

Hehe. To call the NVC from outside of the U.S is not free, unlike to call the USCIS by using 800 number . Plus the operator would ask to speak with the petitioner.
