What a lousy way to discover we are approved, eh?But we are now CSC survivors. :yes:

Oh keep trying the NVC. I kept on that phone like I was running a marathon. I was able to get through after like 10 tries all in a row.

Yep, that NVC line gets real busy...it is best to try in the afternoon, well after 6pm...althought I have gotten through at 2pm, and they received our stuff today...

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

Jun 04-Embassy receives case!!!

Jun 06-Receive Packet 3.

Jun 08-Receive Packet 4.

Jul 06-Interview.

Jul 06-APPROVED VISA

Aug 02-Arrived in US

Oct 29-Married

Soon, real soon for AOS, AP and EAD...just need time from the Army to do it with...

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00

I just hope that our touch doesn't turn into an RFE because we didn't submit that much "primary evidence" ;) But we'll see soon, I hope

Congratulations to everyone who has been approved so far! I can't seem to keep up with all the approvals, it's nice to see CSC working! I Hope everyone who's been approved so far gets through NVC fast...I am planning on calling today to see if I can get some information about our application...

Oooh, come on approval touching! Otherwise its just inappropriate!

The little automated voice told me the best times to call NVC were 8-10 AM and 6-6:45 PM. FYI :) Hope everyone else flies through NVC

Mailed AOS, EAD and AP Sept 11 '07

Recieved NOA1's for all Sept 23 or 24 '07

Bio appt. Oct. 24 '07

EAD/AP approved Nov 26 '07

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

Nagishaw! I am very happy for you!!! Congarts!!

Now off to NVC. I never had big troubles getting through to NVC, I didn't have enough patience to wait for am email reply so I called them every day after they received our case. The only day I didn' t call was yesterday, and today a lady said that the case left NVC yesterday! So It took them 1 week to do their checks.

5 Feb 2007 NOA1

1 May 2007 NOA2

12 July 2007 Interview in Vancouver, RFE

17 July 2007 Visa in hand

18 July 2007 Arrived in the US

07 Aug 07 Married

29 Aug 07 Applied for AOS

20 Oct 07 Biometrics scheduled

Thant's good to know! Thanks! The lady I spoke to last night said our case arrived at NVC yesterday morning, so I do not care if it stays there a month, all I needed to hear was that word, ' Approved ' .
