YEAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I got through by phone to the NVC and they have already received my case and entered it!!!!

I wonder why the USCIS guy said I was marked for approval but that it hadn't been forwarded to NVC yet? He didn't really sound like he knew what he was talking about.

Well, it seems like the NOA2 machinery at CSC is completely broken - but things are getting forwarded to NVC properly. So I guess, the wise thing to do is to keep calling USCIS and using the RFE trick, and try calling NVC if USCIS says you're approved!!

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Wow, another approval ! This is fantastic! But why on earth are they not notifying people? We paid for this lousy service.

Hi! You can simply go to the USCIS website and watch the "Last Updated" date. That date changes whenever they handle or "touch" your application. Good luck!

I got my hardcopy today...was very weird, as I didn't expect it at all.

Seriously, what is wrong with them? If they can get yours out, you would think they could get the rest of them out! But I'll keep my eye on the mailbox now ;) Yay for you approval!!!

Hi February filers..

Been reading the posts here and we surely are fit to some situations.. Our petition were received from NVC May 15 but our case status online were not changed since May 2. No NOA2 in his mailbox nor in his inbox. Prior to that, my fiance called the homeland and not so very nice guy (gay, he sounds like, my fiance said) told him that our case is still pending, blah blah.. My fiance were thinking of calling the CSC and tell them we already have case number from NVC but no NOA2 letter from them.. That might confuse the customer reps and might just hang up.. Hehe..

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.
