I am declaring it now..." it will happen, it will happen, it will happen..."

Sister Nagishkaw, how about calling the USCIS asking for the case status, who knows they never update your case online. That was what I did. Though Dan told me about the approval, I still insisted to hear it by myself. However, I was so nervous to speak with the person, that when he asked what my name was, I answered, " I'm calling from Indonesia..". Dohhh stupid donkey :bonk:

Stand up on your knees, sister, We're all with you here.

-Gemvita

Sister Gemvita,

I did that this mourning. Oh what a waste of time. Nope, nothing. I should have just had faith and left that phone call alone.

Sister, did you try the RFE thingy like the rest of us did ?. Because on the 1st try, Dan didn't go to the menu for RFE so he got nothing. He did it on the 2nd try and got a different guy to tell him about the approval. The operator who handles RFE section might hold a better info.

But if you did like what we did and then got nothing, no worries. Yours might be in a different bulk.

Your soul is too big for a word " give up"

Yes, I did exactly that. The lady to whom I was speaking to said no RFE, no approval. That was all I was basically told. Ah well, it just isn't my time yet.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I called CSC yesterday and was told they received my info on May 14. I called today and the dipsh*t said he had no information, to call back next week! I told him that there have been no updates or emails for me, just the snail mail RFE. He said he would let his manager know.

  Case in point. that's why everything is shoved in a corner in boxes, and kept well out of sight. They do use the toilet paper. It has spikes on it.

I just got a huge packet of info from our lawyer. It contains most of the items he requested from us in a folder labled for my SO's interview.

Included:

I-134

DS-156

DS-156K

DS-157

DS-230 I

divorce papers

all sorts of evidence (tax returns, bank statements, letter from bank, letter from employer, etc.)...

I need to get the I-134 notarized and take it to Mary when I visit in a few weeks. She'll be all ready for her interview as soon as CSC gets moving on our case.
