i have saved the timelines for all service centers except for VSC(no offense meant to them), for all februaray 2007 filers..please update your timelines so we can track our progress..hope this will make everyone helpful..

A January CSC couple has received NOA2!!!! They posted this on a different thread.

Just want to let everybody know that we have received our NOA2 notification this morning. Looks like the CSC is on the roll finishing December files.

Sorry I didn't create my timeline before but here it is:

Mailed I-129F-Dec 26,2006

I-129F received at CSC-Jan 6,2007

NOA1-sent Jan 8,2007

TOUCHED Jan 9,2007

No RFE's

NOA2-March 26,2007

Total 90 days from sending I-129F to NOA2. Total 76 days between NOA1 and NOA2.

Hang in there and GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE. Your NOA2 will be on its way shortly.

I have added my timeline so I am now contributing to the statistics. It is good to know January is starting to make it through.........I've got all of my fingers and toes crossed that this will not take too long.

I have become obsessive about checking our case status. CSC has moved only twice I think. I keep hoping that someone there will decide to "touch" on our case, or breathe on it, or even walk by it for God's sake. Something, anything.

I have given up checking the case status daily, just once every few days. I am not planning on much until June, but once we get to the end of May into June, I will be checking daily, that's for sure.

Hello all, I am also a Feb Filer...I just found the website though. My petition was received 26 Feb at CSC, and after reading most of the website, I can't help but wish that I lived in Vermont. Oh well. Looks like I will be on the site for a long time, waiting patiently like the rest of us.
