Why am I on the slow guy's pile??? Feb 1st and no freaking approval!!! It has now been officially 1 week since our last touch and NOTHING. I am going insane... :help: I literally cry every time I open my e-mail and see nothing...

msu17 it should come soon because you already got a touch...we all are praying for your noa2 :thumbs:

06/18/12: I-130 for parents approved

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00

i just checked again - my status... and not touched since 23rd FEb...

and worse still - they dont update their processing dates..... california service centre........

i am so over it..... why do they take so long?? :pop::cry::ranting::protest::crying:

it feels like we've all put our lives on hold for this.....

Believe me when I say that I feel you on that one. I am really frustrated with this entire process...makes me wonder why I even take the time to serve this country...really, it just freaking sucks...good ole Bush didn't hesitate to send me to Iraq...at a moments notice and yet I can't even get someone to look at my papers in a timely manner...

Sorry for the rant, but patience is not a virtue that I was blessed with...

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

Jun 04-Embassy receives case!!!

Jun 06-Receive Packet 3.

Jun 08-Receive Packet 4.

Jul 06-Interview.

Jul 06-APPROVED VISA

Aug 02-Arrived in US

Oct 29-Married

just this morning i was telling someone....

i've got patience for a few things.. but this one aint one of those few!!

i've paid my taxes, i've never done anything wrong in my life with the law etc.... i'm a great person... (modest too rofl)....

come on USCIS!!!......

i promise i'll send you some chocolates!! when i get there and get married and yadda yadda.

It is automated as much as I could, but its still time consuming so I can't possibly update the individual months too often. The site is still really rough, but I don't get paid much for this!!!!

2/26/07--I-129F arrives at CSC

2/27/07-- NOA1

2/28/07-- Check cashed

3/1/07-- Touched

3/7/07--Cleared check shows in my account

5/17/07--Touched (PLEASE NO RFE)

5/18/07--Touched again

5/21/07--NOA2

5/31/07--Arrives at NVC

6/4/07--Left NVC, on da way to da embassy!!!

6/8/07--Arrives at consulate

6/8/07--Picked up packet 3 during consulate visit! (just lucky we visited same day as they received from NVC)
