Well...this has got to be a slow year...

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

Jun 04-Embassy receives case!!!

Jun 06-Receive Packet 3.

Jun 08-Receive Packet 4.

Jul 06-Interview.

Jul 06-APPROVED VISA

Aug 02-Arrived in US

Oct 29-Married

Soon, real soon for AOS, AP and EAD...just need time from the Army to do it with...

Why does my adjudication date keep getting farther and farther away while the average days on the timeline keep going down? :(

Why does my adjudication date keep getting farther and farther away while the average days on the timeline keep going down? :(

It's the system...hopefully we get adjucated earlier...I know CSC can do it...

We are anxiously waiting for our NOA2's... :whistle:

And some of us are just barely breathing :hehe:

Still nothing for me...I think I can almost recite this verbatim now.... :o

"On February 7, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register."

I'm not sure what possessed me to check the USCIS site this morning, but I did.....

And as an added bonus our adjudication date dropped one day, back to May 22 now!!!.

I checked mine this am.....I see movement, too.....as in bowel. NOTHING to report. Pffttt. :cry:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

When you least expect it...it will happen. I checked the USCIS site last night at 9:30pm and there was no change, but this morning...I guess their system updates later at night

Be thankful that you do have some movement this morning :blush: , even if it isn't from USCIS :wacko:
