yeah its kinda depressing the whole no touches thing but then if you dont get any RFE's.. or whatever their called.. then its a good thing... i mean they would let 75 days go past and then request a Rfe would they?

say no please......

i want one big bang!! its my birthday in July and i want to be in the embassy kaos......by that month.

Well hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there was one November filer that just found out they had an RFE. It's ridiculous.

Why yes they would. It just happened to Jim&Gemz, and last year with the IMBRA mess, we got one after the 5 month mark.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Of course they would because absolutely nobody looks at your file to determine if you have provided the proper documentation for 90 days.....

I was a bit surprised to get ours back for the updated I129F after 2 weeks. At least they had OPENED it, I guess.

Got the AP Dec. 3 '07

AOS interview Feb 7th (5 days after the 1 year anniversary of our K1 NOA1!

Stuck in FBI name checks...

Got the GC July '08

Where is my NOA2??? 2 touches last week and NOTHING! :( But yay for everyone that got touches this week, just dont get approved before me hehe!!!

I still pray for all of us...we need some luck and hopefully not much more patience for this part of the process.

Feb. 16-Sent 129F to TSC.

Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

May 21-NVC receives case!!!

May 23-NVC sends to Seoul!!!

I had a dream the other night that I received my NOA2. It seemed so real; in my dream I kept checking my email and rereading the notice and I called everyone excited about the news. Then I woke up and realized it was just a dream and felt awful. :(

We got another "touch" first thing this morning! I hope this is a good sign....because I feel like Im going throw up the oatmeal I just ate :wacko:

I said another prayer this morning in the shower (of all places!) for everyone!

9/14/06 - Met Michal at Oklahoma State Fair

12/19/06 - Flew to S. Africa for 2 weeks

12/26/06 - Michal proposed..I said YES!

2/10/07 - Sent K-1 package overnight (TSC)

2/13/07 - Delivered and signed for by M. Salcedo

2/21/07 - NOA1

2/22/07 - Check cashed

2/24/07 - Touched

2/26/07 - Received NOA1 via snail mail from CSC (Fiance's name misspelled!)

4/3/07 - Touched

4/8/07 - Received letter from USCIS confirming fiance's name was corrected

5/8/07 - Touched

5/9/07 - Touched again!
