Thank you all for your replies, so he did come, and I did have the heart to say "no, there's nothing new on the uscis's site" until we got home and said I had a surprise for him :whistle: He thought I would show him a picture or something...

So here we are now, celebrating and living each second and thanking God for His miracles. I hope you all get your answers real soon, my prayers will always be for those who are going through this process, as I found out we all need so much support and faith to be able to last...

Nothing on my end, hmm1. :dead:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Hi kengumbo,

I think you have some duplicate entries in your Jan & Feb filers. I pulled the data, put it in an Excel spreadsheet to update myself (trying to do something, so as not to go crazy checking for 'touches' :blush: ) and I have 101 January Filers and 103 February filers.

Here are the stats I have:

Jan = 101 filers

# w/ NOA2 = 72

% = 71.29%

Avg. Days btwn NOA1&NOA2 = 88.875

Feb - 103 filers

# w/ NOA2 = 19

% = 18.45%

Avg. Days btwn NOA1&NOA2 = 76.11

I hope this week is as 'productive' as last w/ respect to approvals....end of Feb. filers are really close and I don't know how much longer I can take of this wait. :clock::(

Yup, I believe you make the official "February Filer List" by most everyone's standards. Hope this week sees as many Feb filer approvals (or more) as last week.

So - I have a random question. We are February/March filers. Categorized March because we got our NOA2 in March, but we filed (sent off) early February. When we got our packet back asking for the update I129F form on March 1, our file already had barcodes and stamps on it. I'm just wondering if all of those markings would speed anything at all up when it got back to CSC. Dan is hoping since they didn't have to add all of that stuff as they would a new file, it may go a bit faster. I think it's just wishful thinking, but it would be nice. Any thoughts? Not really familiar with what all the markings do for a file once in the black hole we lovingly refer to as CSC.

I think the bar codes just mean it began the initial process, such as they swiped the cheque right off the bat ( Oh, but of course! ) , and sent it on down the line. My understanding is that every time it is picked up, it must be scanned. Hey, who knows these lames, what they do and why they do it. Let's just hope the slight delay will not interfere with keeping you within the NORMAL ( ahem ) time frame.
