Feb. 27-NOA1, received CSC.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

Mar. 28-touched.

Mar. 29-touched again.

Mar. 30-touched yet again.

Apr. 04-touched another time.

Apr. 05-touched some more.

May 15-touched once again.

May 15-NOA2. 78 days...WOW!!!

May 16-touched???(mail to NVC???).

May 18-Received Hard Copy NOA2.

well i had a good cry last night... i miss my honey... and i hate waiting.....

logging into USCIS - on the 21st feb we recieved.... touched on the 23rd feb and until now - NUTTING!!..... *sniff*....

does anyone have any chocolate? (not a emotional eater but i need a sugar hit lol)

Hi Everybody! Im still with my girl in Costa Rica, but tomorrow is Monday and I return home. I do not have the tools to update my page from here, but we have made some serious progress for January and February CSC filers.

At this point we have 75 NOA2s for January out of 104 applications for 72%, and February has 20 NOA2s out of 103 applications for 19.4%

Looks like the majority of us will be done with this phase in the next few weeks! Hopefully, we wont have too many RFEs and the like. It is great to see things moving along. My birthday is in early June and the NOA2 would be a real nice present, but I would certainly take that NOA2 like tomorrow. ;)

2/26/07--I-129F arrives at CSC

2/27/07-- NOA1

2/28/07-- Check cashed

3/1/07-- Touched

3/7/07--Cleared check shows in my account

When is your birthday? Mine is in early June, too.

Birthday is on the 3rd. And I will be so happy if you all have approval before that day! I have a feeling CSC was playing catch up and they will slow down a bit again. But somewhere between 75 and 100 days after NOA1, most will be celebrating! :dance:

I got a touch today, that's 2 days in a row!

I wonder when the RFE's come...if my photocopied signatures and scribbled/corrected G-325 haven't gotten me rejected by now, maybe I have a chance??

1/24/07 - I-129F mailed to Nebraska Service Center

2/4/07 - I-129F returned to me, needs original signature

2/5/07 - I-129F re-submitted to California Service Center

2/9/07 - I-129F received per CSC; I never received hard copy NOA1

2/14/07 - Touch

3/11/07 - Still awaiting snail mail NOA1

4/18/07 - Touch

5/4/07 - Touch - "Marked for approval" per RFE trick phone call 5/18

5/7/07 - Touch

5/18/07 - Received and entered at NVC per phone call!

Thank you all for your replies, so he did come, and I did have the heart to say "no, there's nothing new on the uscis's site" until we got home and said I had a surprise for him :whistle: He thought I would show him a picture or something...

So here we are now, celebrating and living each second and thanking God for His miracles. I hope you all get your answers real soon, my prayers will always be for those who are going through this process, as I found out we all need so much support and faith to be able to last...

BTW... we did not have any touch until the NOA2.

February 6th 2007 - K1 petition sent to TSC

February 16th 2007 - cheque cashed

February 22nd 2007 - NOA1 received by mail!

May 16th - received NOA2 hardcopy

May 25th - first set of documents received home in Bucharest (list of documents to present at the interview) - based on fiance's request to open a provisional file

May 30th - packet arrived at the Embassy, Embassy notifies us about it.

June 21st - interview APPROVED!
