and guess what!!??? our touch yesterday meant something and that "something" turned into NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!! wuhoo!!!!!!!!!! im so happy

first thing did i when i got here in the office this morning, i checked my mail and i got 2 emails from CRIS!!! when the mail was still downloading, i was holding my breath the entire time if my computer could have been slower, i could have collapsed!! and the message says:

when i read the other email, it also says the same thing...i was stunned (at this time, i was breathing already hehe) then i also checked uscis and the last updated changed to may 2 and the current status is already Approval notice sent.

i cant wait to break this news to my fiance, he's still at work right now but he will be happy in a while too

NO Texas Feb filers have approvals yet ...my possible adjudication date just moved the wrong way by 4 days, AGAIN!

You better hope CSC doesn't use this site for guidance! They'll keep moving your box further back on the shelf.

They need to leave my box alone....its just screaming for someone to take a look at it and approve it!!!

But....I'm bringing up the tail end of February, so I do not expect anything for a while yet.

Since the VJ date for possible adjudication depends on members actual timelines (broken down to service centers), Texas is a bit behind right now. The last remaining Texas, Jan. filer without approval is an early January filer (NOA1 on 1/3) and in February the first Texas filer appears w/ a NOA1 date of 2/9, yet to receive a NOA2....so that is what is making my date go "south" so to speak, while the CSC/NSC filers w/ the same NOA1 date as mine, are 'better off' according to that possible adjudication date. It just annoys me when the date keeps flip-flopping.

Man... I have been down for a good three weeks observing how everything seemed to come to a sadistic halt. Seeing these approvals has really lifted my spirits.

Yes, I am leaving this afternoon. Mary has internet access so I may be able to check in and update for all the new NOA2's tonight or tomorrow. But we'll be gone for most of the weekend with no access. I sure hope January has a record week and February gets moving along as well.

Sooooooooooooooo, the email I recieved from CSC when we submitted our application says (short version) "thank you, your application we be processed in the order it was recieved". Ours was recieved Feb.2nd. lol. I see we have been skipped, so much for the validity of the email. boo-hoo, wah-wah for us. Sorry, I am starting to get excited!!!

Looks like this thread is starting to hop and people are waking up now that CSC is on the move. I'm happy your all of you that got your NOA2's!!! I just hope CSC doesn't fall alseep at the wheel again, or this could be a bumpy ride.
