Wow, the numbers keep increasing when I check! January filers up to 50 NOA2's now. Maybe some early February filers in the next week or two?

2/15/07--Completed gathering documents, completed I-129F

2/26/07--I-129F arrives at CSC

2/27/07-- NOA1

2/28/07-- Check cashed

3/1/07-- Touched

3/7/07--Cleared check shows in my account

3/7/07--NOA1 hard copy

5/17/07--Touched (PLEASE NO RFE)

5/18/07--Touched again

5/21/07--NOA2

5/31/07--Arrives at NVC

6/4/07--Left NVC, on da way to da embassy!!!

6/8/07--Arrives at consulate

6/8/07--Picked up packet 3 during consulate visit! (just lucky we visited same day as they received from NVC)

6/12/07--Medical exam

6/19/07--Interview

6/20/07--VISA

7/21/07--US entry through Atlanta!!!

I know it's not necessarily the exact timeline, but mine is now May 30 for the NOA2 estimation. Oh well... mine could be in early June.

Mar. 27-Found VJ, and became disappointed for not being able to use VSC.

Mar. 27-Applied for military expedite and got congressional help.

i posted the earlier in the january thread...i forgot i'm actually in the feb thread...

jan. filers with noa2's from 3.26.07 to 4.15.07 = 30 each at 81 day average

jan. filers with noa2's from 4.16.07 to 4.27.07 = 17 each at 92 day average

hopefully with the priority h-1b's completed, i think, they will be able to shave down that average # of days...

If you look through the data, they have historical bursts of approvals in short time frames. We can only hope that they'll repeat this in an attempt to catch up. I won't bank on it, but we can hope (and pray).

I have a question..

i've been looking at the time table thing.... confuses me even more ...

so when i'm looking at the processing dates for california service centre...

Form i get what that means - I - 129 ...

Title - sorta

Classification or basis of filing - this one i dont get, whats it supposed to say when your filing for a Fiancee?....
