I just noticed that I had a touch on 4/18!!!

That's the first activity since 2/14. Interestingly, I called the CSC on 4/16 to ask about my NOA1 since I never got a hardcopy one - they said that they didn't get it returned to them, so it must have been lost in the mail; and that they weren't going to send another one since there was no point really, I already had all the info.

Interesting coincidence to get a touch 2 days later. I hope I'm not jumping the gun by gathering my affadavit of support materials...

Basically I need her to get the visa by the end of October. It seems so far away, but depending on how long it takes to get the interview...we'll see.

1/24/07 - I-129F mailed to Nebraska Service Center

2/4/07 - I-129F returned to me, needs original signature

2/5/07 - I-129F re-submitted to California Service Center

2/9/07 - I-129F received per CSC; I never received hard copy NOA1

2/14/07 - Touch

3/11/07 - Still awaiting snail mail NOA1

4/18/07 - Touch

5/4/07 - Touch - "Marked for approval" per RFE trick phone call 5/18

5/7/07 - Touch

5/18/07 - Received and entered at NVC per phone call!

5/21/07 - NOA2

5/22/07 - Forwarded to embassy

5/23/07 - Paper NOA2

I just saw on the January filers thread....3 NOA2's last night. Finally a little movement at CSC! C'mon, let's get the January filers(an any Nov/Dec stragglers) out of the way...we're next! :dance: :dance:

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - with MNL# assigned for both parents & agent registration (DS-3032)

06/25/12: received email from USDOS - requesting for AOS (Affidavit of Support) processing fee for $88.00

kengumbo i checked your stats there already 33 out 87 in jan filers got their noa2s already and with the average number of days getting noa2, we may be getting ours by end of april or week1 of may2007 dance: :dance::dance: things are getting so exciting :dance::dance::dance:

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

i want to go to the US and just get on with life! ..... (ok out of my system now)........

I wish it was May already. Some of us should be getting some touches soon.

I feel enthusiastic for May to come, sister J. I also have worries of the possibility of getting RFE. So it's like, happy but not happy. What a roller-coaster journey.

I know what you mean. For me, getting a NOA-2 may be good news, but not good news because it means we will only be drawn closer to the pit ( possible future AR / AP , waiver, etc., ) . I still would like to see some touches, though. :(
