Hi,

I decided to start this topic, since someone on our February Filers for K-1 suggested it. They mentioned it might be easier if we had a separate place to check progress with people who had to file here and elsewhere. I didn't do this to offend anyone or anything. I am truely happy that so many people who filed at VSC have already gotten their NOA2s, and has NYgirl said "don't hate us" We don't but it is a harder situation, when the distribution of applications is so unfair...I still plan on reading the February Filers topic, since I want to know how everyone there is doing, but maybe people will want to write here, too. Best of luck to EVERYONE who filed in February, no matter where :)

I'll check the February Filers topic as well, but i doubt we'll be seeing anyone but VSC filers on there for a while. If you notice in the December and January Filers threads most of the ones putting up topics now are one's that filed at CSC, NSC, or TSC. Most of the Vermont filers have already been accepted or are waiting for packet 3. It will be a little easier to keep up with our progress like this. Good luck to everyone.

I agree! How I WISH I were vermont, but I'm not and a little piece of my dies when I see a fellow february filer getting packet 3 or 4 (hehe very little piece, but hey, I want to be dramatic! ;) ) SO, anyone else obsessively checking Jan filers to see if anyone over there has an approval yet???

I'm glad this thread has been established. I'm also happy for all February VSC filers, but feld kind of left out as a TSC/CSC filer. We've still got a while to wait before we begin to see any movement on our petitions.

On that note, add me to the "February Filers who have to wait twice as long as VSC filers because CSC is incredibly slow" list. Let's go CSC, finish w/ any Nov/Dec filers and get on to January and February!!!! :star:

What about us November filers without approval yet! :crying: Don't see any more of those popping up at the top of the forum list anymore. There are a few of us left though and it gets to be pretty hard coming around and reading about VSC people complaining that they took 2 months to get approval and that was because of an RFE. I'm truly happy for every single person that gets their petition approved but it feels bad being left behind so far.

I had hoped that my sweetie would be here in the US by my birthday in August but that is not going to happen now. Maybe she'll be here by Christmas, is our next hope.

Wow, I am sorry you hear that! My fiance and I are waiting on our NOA2 now. I can't imagine how you felt reading about VSC people complaining about it taking two months with an RFE. I really hope you get approved asap. Keep us updated. Good luck! Milena :)

CSC filers have nothing against VSC'ers. It's just tough seeing those petitions being approved within weeks while we have to wait months for ours. I'm glad that yours are getting approved though because that means that we're all doing it right, so there's still hope for us.

Oh, I'm so sorry. Hang in there! I know there are still a couple of Nov. filers left out there. That's why I wished in my post that CSC hurry up and finish w/ unfinished Nov/Dec. filers and get on to Jan/Feb.

I can't even imagine how difficult it is for those of you from Nov. that still do not have approvals. I'm sending good vibes, lets hope this is the week for all the "stragglers" from November and all of you get your NOA2's!

I consider myself a February filer. Sent application 2/20/2007, was signed for the next day. According to the date on my hard copy, it says 2/26/2007 which I received on 3/3/2007. You want to add me to your list, rea, that would be nice.
