under 3 years of marriage

now gonna apply under 5 years of being a resident

That's is why I waited 2 more years and applied under the 5 year rule, USCIS gave us such a hard time during ROC.

Under 5 u don't need that amount of evidence of ur spouse, nothing all u need is ur taxes and that's it .

Just wondering on people experience's after getting a decision cannot be made after the N400 interview.

I know it can take from 1 day to 120 days (limit that USCIS has)or more.

Could other people share their experiences?

Timing when they got a decision? online update? letter?

I noticed on the USCIS website that most office locations are falling behind. Not sure if that would be the reason...

I got a  decision  cannot  be made yet  too  but after 6 weeks I was finally  approve  and my oat letter  was mail thank god
