I did look at the pinned thread but it didn't answer my question...

I'm preparing my docs to file for AOS

Do I need to get my remaining vaccines and others signed off BEFORE I file or can I file and send the 3025 form separate?

At my Medical they recorded I still needed 1x MMR, Tetanus, Varicella & Influenza

I received my MMR & Tetanus at my local Doctors surgery and have a signed, dated and stamped record card and also found a record from 2011 where I had an MMR jab in the US.

So it's my understanding I only need the Varicella vaccine and a civil surgeon to sign off the MMR & Tetanus.

Can I walk in and get this done, do I need an appointment, anyone have any idea on the timeline? as my K-1 runs out very soon, Yes I should have had this all done by now but not being able to afford the AOS until now left it at the back of my mind.

You said it says complete and waiver so you should be fine. I would wait for a RFE to see if they need anything else before spending
another dime on the vaccs.

Your K1 doesn't "run out" like you think. It is a one use visa and actually ran out the day you entered the U.S. As long as you married within the prescribed 90 days, then there is no deadline associated with your visa that says you must file for AOS by a certain date. Of course the sooner, the better so you can get on with your American life.

Also your DS-3025 will not be submitted. It is incomplete so gets you no points with immigration as such. It is pretty much useless in your AOS application. You already missed that boat. Now you need a different medical form I-693. You can show the Civil Surgeon your Ds-3025 so he can copy any shots that may be recorded on it, but that's all it's good for now.

If you have a record of dates for two MMR shots, then those are done.

Tdap or Td needs a date within the last 10 years. Note that Tetanus alone is not actually on the required list.

If you had chickenpox then you can be excused from the varicella shot. The doctor is supposed to take your word for it and mark your sheet for the waiver.

It is not currently flu season, so the influenza requirement is waived.

So you can take all your proofs of shots to a Civil Surgeon (DS-3025, card from you GP, and record from the other MMR.) He will copy all of the dates to the immunization page of Form I-693. Civil Surgeons are all private practice doctors so yes, you would need to call for an appointment. There is no standard fee or timeline when these doctors can get you in. Call around and ask questions. Beware, many will say you need a new exam. Not true if your K1 exam was within one year of submitting your paperwork. Ask prices up front when calling for an appointment.

Read the instructions for Form I-693 https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-693instr.pdf because it tells you what parts you should fill in and take to the civil surgeon...your personal information already filled out.

It's so overwhelming but this is very helpful thanks guys!

Thanks for the clarification on the K1 expiration but I want to file asap so I can work quicker.

Her DS3025 says complete/waived and I understood that to mean no transcribing onto I-693 is needed. Please clarify.

Also, some of us who have been waiting for over a year with AOS pending have received a RFE for a new medical and some have not

and were approved with one that is over 1 year old. I thought the general consensus is to wait what they decide to do since USCIS

is all over the map with that now and inconsistent.

Having read your pinned post, is it now suggested to fill out a I-693 and get it transcribed rather than wait to see if they send a RFE?

Her DS3025 says complete/waived and I understood that to mean no transcribing onto I-693 is needed. Please clarify.

Also, some of us who have been waiting for over a year with AOS pending have received a RFE for a new medical and some have not

and were approved with one that is over 1 year old. I thought the general consensus is to wait what they decide to do since USCIS

is all over the map with that now and inconsistent.

It seems to me this poster has several shots that are missing from the list and were not recorded on their DS3025. Based on that, I suspect they will be hit with an RFE... unless they are very lucky. They can easily fulfill and respond to that potential RFE if it happens by bringing all of their evidence of shots required they received by going to a civil surgeon and getting the I-693 vaccination supplement completed. The poster is stating that while at their Medical they did not have shots they needed completed, nor did they receive them at the medical. They received them at a later date. They have not clarified if they have caught chickenpox as a child and if the medical made a note of this via a waiver (thus the vax would not be needed for this). Thus the DS3025 they have is actually incomplete?

For myself currently, we sent in a fully complete DS3025 for AOS, and our RFE (received within weeks of the original medical now going to expire) is requesting just the I-693 vaccination supplement ONLY. It offers no clues or they do not acknowledge that we ever sent a DS3025 to begin with, and it certainly implies it is all down to the knowledge the reviewer of the case possesses.

If I am understanding the poster's information given correctly, they will need to see a civil surgeon certainly.. but I'm not sure if I would send the I-693 along with the AOS until it was asked for, because they could very rightly lose it just as easily as any other document. With an RFE at least you know you can send it directly to the case worker's hands. But maybe that doesn't make sense to anyone?

Thanks Yuna, I think I posted in the wrong thread and can't even find the other one now  I could have sworn the poster said

it was all marked complete and waived and I even responded with that in my initial comment (see above).

I am confusing myself and others so I am going to stay out of this one, there are so many threads every week about vaccs and

medicals I must have gotten the wrong thread. It's been a long day, sorry everyone.
