I addressed the age difference between my fiancé and I in the letter on how we met. If you are missing airline tickets you can contact the airlines and they usually have archives and can send you the information you are requesting. You have to send a physical letter of request but you generally find out the specifics when you call the airline. I provided statements of my Digicel top up for my fiancé. I also provide phone records. For our Facebook and Whatsapp conversations I chose a day or two out of each month and sent them and said I could provide all if they wanted. I also had letters from my family and friends, his family and friends showing they were aware of our relationship and the length. His family and friends wrote about meeting me on trips and my family and friends wrote about talking to him on the phone or observing me talking with him.
