It should be whatever address you list on the label that will be attached to the package requiring a signature. Physical address or PO Box is fine. Flip a coin! The choice is yours where you want to receive the return receipt.

PO Box address. I sent our case using USPS Priority mail Certified with the receipt notification card.

I send mail to the USCIS with Delivery Confirmation service, which requires Priority Mail service.

More than that serves no useful purpose.

Mine was certified return receipt also to CSC. I think I got my actualy NOA1 before the post office got the return receipt back to me haha.
