I've just relocated to the US and am in Temporary housing. As such, I can't use the address here - I will probably move before my wife comes. I've been using my cousin's address (who lives nearby), but now feel unsure about filling out forms where I have to swear that the information is true. I have a PO box, but they don't seem to allow a mailing address. Any advice?

P.S. I've got to fill out an I-134 for the K3 and an I-864 for an adjustment of status we're trying (she's got a green card but has been out of the US one year past her extension)

Thanks,

Alan

if she already has a green card, why wouldn't she just apply for a re-entry permit? Is starting all over from scratch really necessary?

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!

A good question to ask an immigration attorney who has experience with abandonment of status issues. The devil, as is often the case, will be in the details.
