Citizenship or greencard holder, yes. The joint sponsor needs to be USA based, too.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Ok, thanks! I didn't know that. And what other proof do I need to send my fiance for the i-134? I already gave him copies of w2 of me and my mom, and a statement from my mom's employer. Would the 1040 suffice or should I order the tax transcripts from the IRS? Can someone send me links please. I'm kind of lost and don't want to forget anything! I work part time and go to college full time so I don't have enough income and that's the only thing that worries me about this next process. :huh2:
