Mine is like AMZJs, it's stated that I've had all the required vaccinations required for the K1 and is signed and dated.

Required for the K1 visa? No vaccinations are required for the K1 visa.

Hello,

I got a reply this morning, with page 2 included.

I have the part that states

"This K non-immigrant visa applicant did recieve the required vaccines and the US vaccination requirements are complete for this applicant."

It's signed, stamped and dated next to this statement as well, same date as the medical (so assume this would be provided to the embassy as I see it.

So this seems like it'd be sufficient?
