I petitioned for my mother. She was approved and came in to the US on 3/13. Now I am trying to figure out the next step. I have paid the $160 GC fees a month prior to her trip to the US. I called the USCIS and was told it could take up to 120 days to receive the GC. Is that time frame right? Should I do anything else or just wait and see?

She wasn't given a I-94 upon arrival which makes me nervous!!! just a stamp on the passport.

hi

she doesn't need the i94, that is for non immigrant visas

she has the stamp in her passport, the i551 is valid for a year until she gets the physical GC

she is good to go
