Ok I just got his call and he is going to send me what they gave him. I guess the affidavid of support that i took to the bank to have notarized and she attached the notary well they didn't like that :angry: I will find out more when he emails me the paper and after I sleep. Thanks all for joining me.

June 12, 2007 VISA IN HAND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

June 21, 2007 Hasan arrived in the USA and so very happy!

July 06, 2007 SSN in hand

July 25, 2007 Green Card in Hand!

8-24-06, Faisal arrives at O'Hare Airport!!!!!!!

EAD filed in middle of September, 2006 approved in middle of October, 2006 and husband working

Hi Angie,

The packet I received says that if the Affid of Support was sent to NVC it did not have to be redone for the interview. Also there is no place for notarization so I don't understand why there was a problem with yours since they already reviewed it at NVC. I'm praying that it will all work out. Please specify exactly what they said. Stay optimistic and everything will be ok.

Ok for K3 the I134 has to be notarized, since it isnot like the Ds230 that would have been reviewed. That is what I know as my case is complete for the CR1 and I didn't have that one notarized.

Hi Angie,

that's for checking in - I'm glad you got to the bottom of what they needed from you. it just stinks that they didn't tell you beforehand, I mean why not say it in the packet that you needed this form. will your husband have to go for antoher interview or just drop off the form?

sorry for this hick-up, inshaAllah it will be the last and he'll have his visa soon.

Ok the I134 is what needs to be with the K3 paperwork that has to be taken to the interview. I did this form but because the lady at the bank attached a notary paper and the attached paper is where she put her notary stamp they would not accept the paper. They want the notary stamp on the form not on an attached sheet. Ok I re-did the form and had the notary stamp on the form even though she had to put the stamp below the line on the form as they don't leave enough room :angry: So I spent $47.48 to send him the package Fedex so that he will recieve it on Saturday. Then he will be able to take the form into the Embassy on Sunday. :dance: I advised him to get a reciept for the form so that hey can't say they don't have it. I also sent in this years tax papers even though they didn't ask for them so they will have 4 years tax returns to prove that I have made plenty of money for the last 4 years so I pray to God that they will do their AP and call for him to bring in he passport so we can have our visa!!! :whistle:

I will keep everyone updated as I know anything. Thanks for everyones support!

hi- i was reading your post and i wish everything goes well. i also was wondering when your husband drops of the correct I134 you think he will mind if he asks the embassy with where's my husband's visa...lol- My husband had interview March 6 and was approved and we still waiting for them to mail him back his passport! I'm sick of it! They have got to be the most unorganized and SLOWEST embassy in the world!! Good luck to you all and i'm sure everything will turn out the way it should.
