Unfortunately you just entered the world of Filipinos, good luck! Second you will need to make a trip to the embassy to get "anything" done, and if you can get a straight answer from them you'll be lucky. How do I know this?? I've been married to one for 23 years and now divorcing. Nothing, and I mean nothing is straight forward with any of them. I've interacted with the Embassy here on few different occasions and nothing was as it appears. Again "Good Luck!!'

I believe you will need to complete an I-130 to bring her child here now since you did not include the child when you petitioned to bring your fiancee here. There is also a toll free number to the Philippine embassy that you can call. It is the only phone number that will get you through to the embassy. She will need to go back at some point to help her child with the medical and interview process. She or someone in her family in the Philippines will need to get all the legal documents sent to you as part of the petitioning process. Go to the forum for the philippine embassy on this website. You may find it useful. Good luck

Child is still in the Phils, consulate won't be of much help. Hopefully you have someone in the Phils that can assist with this

Here is the link to DFA to get everything started. http://www.passport.com.ph/requirements

You have one year from when your wife was ISSUED her visa for the child to be ISSUED a visa... IF you listed the child on the I-129F. Otherwise you will have to complete the I-130 immigrant visa process.

I would suggest getting the child's current legal guardian to apply for the child's passport as the first step.

Then we can go from there.
