I have filled out our G-325A Biographical Information forms and printed. Unfortunately, in the signature block and in red ink, it prints out "Don't Forget to Sign!"

Any idea how to remove this text before I print?

What software are you using to fill in the fields and print?

I had never noticed that before. It doesn't show up on Linux. I just now opened the form in Adobe Reader on Windows and sure enough, there it is. It looks like it's scripted to display an alert dialog and remove the red print, at least in Adobe Reader. Are you using something else?

I am using adobe. I have yet to find a way to remove it and stop it from printing!

When filling out the G-325A for both myself and my spouse, at the very bottom of the form within the heavy border area, whose name is the applicant? myself or my wife? I'm american, and moving my Filipino wife to the US.

My name on the bottom of both? My name on the bottom of mine and her name on the bottom of hers?

As mentioned in the Guide, easily accessible at the top of the forum page. The USC petitioner and the Alien spouse beneficiary are each to fill out a Form G325A.

You're the applicant throughout your form, your spouse is the applicant throughout theirs.

(I mean, just look at the form, if only one of you were the "applicant" it would be pointless to have each of you fill out one as both copies of the form would then cover about 75% of the same stuff since there's also "applicant's residence", "applicant's employment", "signature of applicant", etc.).

Yes, one for each of you, and the same with the intent to marry as well. you both need to do seperate ones and sign them

Spousal visa applicants do not need letters of intent to marry. They are already married.

That was happening to me, what I did is I downloaded the form to my computer and then I filled it and print it out
