Hi All,

My mom filed for my brother and sisters and now their case are at NVC, already paid requried fee. Now I have following situation:

My question is about AOS, My mom doesnt work so I will be submitting AOS along with my mom to NVC for my Brother and sister, only thing not sure about that I lost my job in last December so I just found a new job..took me 5 months to find a new job and its a contract job, you guy see any issue with having a contract job and also no past 5 months pay stub available due to I lost my job?

Thank you in Advance...

I think the combination of it being so new, and a contract, could be a problem, yes. How long is the contract for?

Hi Penguin, Thank you so much for your reply.

I found a full time job now and starting in 2 weeks (no more contract job).

so you think submitting AOS with first pay stub from new job along with older pay stub going to be ok which are from last November and December? any suggestion welcome

It would depend on the new job. If it is comfortably over the poverty line, and you can also provide a letter from the employer stating the job is stable and long term, it may be enough.
