Awaiting receipt email/text ... Week 5/6

Hi all

We sent our i129F package to the recorded delivery lockbox at lewisville. We sent it April. Think it was around 9th? We are still awaiting the receipt with our number and where our application is being sent to.

Is it unusual to wait 5/6 weeks and not here of noa1?

Could we just not get one, even though we included that form to say we would?

hello

people filling in early April are waiting for their NOA2! i think it is very strange you did not get your acceptance notification yet (more then a month seems too much)

if you filed the G-1145 you should have the text or email notification .. even though after a month you should have your hard copy by mail already!

confirm with your mailing if it was delivered and you have to call to check what is wrong

PS: i saw somewhere that USCIS have 30 day time frame to send the first notification....if you mailed it on the 9th april...you passed their time frame and you have to call Monday !!

We didn't get a NOA1 in the mail. weeks after we got NOA1 via email.

Exactly !! make a call on Monday !! 5 to 6 weeks is a lot !!

Have you checked to see if they've cashed your check?

Also uscis.gov says :

If you mailed your application to a Lockbox facility more than 30 days ago and have not received a receipt notice, please:

Email us at LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov and we will answer each email in turn as soon as possible. Please include the form number, receipt number, petitioner and/or applicant name, and mailing address with your email. Please do not include social security numbers in emails.

Or

Call the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) on (800) 375-5283.

Maybe mine and yours are sitting in the same place :cry: They would have recieved mine on May 9th and I have heard NOTHING at all....The check hasn't even been cashed. Check and see if your check or money order was cashed and make sure you call customer service the first chance you get Monday. I am sorry....I hope they give you an answer!!
