Hire a lawyer. But looks not very good. To be accused of marriage fraud is serious and they still denied you after your waivers were submitted. Get a lawyer that specializes in waivers.

Sorry to hear that you were refused because of your previous marriage fraud allegation

.it is possible to appeal a consular officer decision and request a supervisory review at consular post but your lawyer need to act quick before the consular officer send back your approved petition to uscis.

my questions to you is:

1/why the previous marriage fraud allegation did not came up in the first interview?

is it simply because they did not ask you why your I-130 before got denied and only asked you on your 2nd interview

2/ did you have a different consular officer at your second interview?

3/ did you talk to your lawyer and what options she or he said you have you have?
