My husband had his interview December 31,2015 and was placed on administrative process.. The interviewer kept asking my husband if he has traveled outside Nigeria.. Which my husband has not ever traveled.. It's been five months now.. I just traveled to the American embassy in Nigeria and was told to keep emailing them for further updates.. Please does anyone have further information that could help us..

Have you tried contacting a congressman in your area? Not that it would probably help with AP, as I've been told AP is confidential and they won't give out any other information, but it may be worth a shot.

My wife situation is exactly the same thing with yours. We have been waiting since November 25, 2015.

Do you know if the CO kept his passport?

No they didn't keep his passport..

They will call him to send his passport after they complete the administrative processing. I have involved a congressman regarding to my wife's case but they kept saying it's still under AP.

Even though they want to check if someone has traveled out of Nigeria or not, I don't think it should be up to 5 or 6 months before they figure that out. They kept my wife's passport.

Has your husband received his visa?

They issued my wife's visa last week after 2nd medical examination. Since last year November but glory be to God!!!
